Application of targeted management model for medical cooperation in the management of arteriovenous endovascular fistulae in hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease treated with far infrared therapy
Objective:to investigate the application effect of targeted management model for medical cooperation in the management of arteriovenous fistula(AVF)in chronic kidney disease(CKD)hemodialysis patients treated with far infrared. Methods:Eighty cases of CKD hemodialysis patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided equally into the control group(traditional management mode)and the experimental group(joint medical and nursing collaboration targeting management mode)by double-blind lottery method. Results:After the intervention, the probability of complications and skin erythema(5.00%,2.50%)was significantly lower,self-management scores were dramatically higher, and dialysis adequacy and satisfaction were substantially improved in the experimental group compared to the control group, all p<0.05.Conclusion:A collaborative healthcare targeting management model was shown to notably reduce far-infrared therapy complications and improve endocardial fistula function,self-management and dialysis adequacy in patients on dialysis treatment for CKD.
