炉式艾灸仪联合中药熏洗坐浴在肛周脓肿患者中的应用

摘要
目的:分析炉式艾灸仪联合中药熏洗坐浴在肛周脓肿患者中的应用.方法:选取手术治疗的 74 例肛周脓肿患者均分为 2组.对比两组患者在疼痛评分、切口愈合情况、炎症因子水平、生活质量以及不良反应中的差异.结果:实验组患者的疼痛评分、切口愈合情况、炎症因子水平、生活质量以及不良反应均显著优于参照组(均P＜0.05).结论:炉式艾灸仪联合中药熏洗坐浴可明显改善患者疼痛,缩短患者切口愈合时间,抑制炎症细胞因子指标水平,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:Analysis of furnace moxibustion apparatus combined with herbal fumigation sitz bath in patients with perianal abscesses.Methods:All 74 patients with perianal abscesses selected for surgical treatment were divided into 2 groups.Differences in pain scores,incision healing,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life,and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Pain scores,incision healing,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life,and adverse events were significantly better in the trial group than in the reference group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Furnace moxibustion device combined with herbal fumigation sitz bath can significantly improve patients'pain,shorten patients'incision healing time,inhibit the level of inflammatory cytokine indicators,and improve patients'quality of life.
