摘要

目的:探究全程专案化管理对缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者生存质量的影响.方法:选取 2022年 9月至 2023 年 9 月收治的 100 名ICVD患者,均分为常规组与试验组.试验组在常规干预的基础上实施了全程专案化管理.结果试验组在生理功能、生理职能、精神健康、情感职能以及社会功能的评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05).同时,试验组的简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、自理能力评估量表(ADL)评分及认知合格率也显著高于常规组(P<0.05).结论:全程专案化管理对ICVD患者的康复有显著促进作用,能改善患者的生活质量和神经功能,提升其自理能力和疾病认知度.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the impact of full process specialized management on the quality of life of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD).Method:100 ICVD patients admitted from September 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The experimental group implemented full process specialized management on the basis of routine intervention.ResultThe experimental group had significantly higher scores in physiological function,physiological function,mental health,emotional function,and social function than the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the scores of the Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),Self care Ability Assessment(ADL),and cognitive qualification rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full process specialized management has a significant promoting effect on the rehabilitation of ICVD patients,improving their quality of life and neurological function,enhancing their self-care ability and disease awareness..
