The Whole-course Project Management strategy to improve the quality of survival of elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease
Objective:To explore the impact of full process specialized management on the quality of life of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD).Method:100 ICVD patients admitted from September 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The experimental group implemented full process specialized management on the basis of routine intervention.ResultThe experimental group had significantly higher scores in physiological function,physiological function,mental health,emotional function,and social function than the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the scores of the Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),Self care Ability Assessment(ADL),and cognitive qualification rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full process specialized management has a significant promoting effect on the rehabilitation of ICVD patients,improving their quality of life and neurological function,enhancing their self-care ability and disease awareness..
