基于北斗导航定位和主动丢帧的电力工程作业在线监测

为实现电力工程作业在线监测,通过采用Helmert方差分量改进最小二乘法来提高北斗定位导航的精度,并采用主动丢帧优化策略来提高视频传输效率,提出一种基于北斗导航定位和主动丢帧的电力工程作业在线监测方法。测试结果表明,本方法可实现对电力工程作业的在线实时监测,且能在Web客户端和移动端均正常运行,满足终端应用预期。由此表明,本方法可行,具有一定的工程应用价值。
Online monitoring of power engineering operations based on Beidou navigation positioning and active frame loss
In order to achieve online monitoring of power engineering operations,the accuracy of Beidou positioning and navigation is improved by using the Helmert variance component to improve the least squares method,and an active frame loss optimization strategy is adopted to improve video transmission efficiency.A power engineering operation online monitoring method based on Beidou navigation positioning and active frame loss is proposed.The test results show that this method can achieve online real-time monitoring of power engineering operations,and can run normally on both the web client and mobile end,meeting the expectations of terminal applications.This indicates that this method is feasible and has certain engineering application value.
