Discussion on calibration method of the Hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilize
This article analyzes and introduces the working principle,structure,and application of hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilizer.Based on the metrological characteristics and calibration requirements proposed by relevant standards,and based on the actual use of the equipment,research is conducted on the calibration items,standard equipment,and calibration methods of hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilizer.Use wireless temperature re corders and wireless vacuum recorders to calibrate the temperature and pressure parameters of the hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilizer,and provide calibration cases to provide reference for the calibration of the hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilizer.
