Exploring the effects of immediate implant treatment on dental defects under different guidance methods
Objective:To explore the effects of different guidance methods on immediate implantation treatment of dental defects.Method:164 patients with dental defects admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, with 82 cases in each group.Compare the treatment effects and influencing factors between two groups.Result:The ISQ value of the implant in the study group was higher than that in the control group one month after surgery(P<0.05).The accuracy of various indicators in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The failure rate of planting in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ 2=3.994,P<0.05).Age,smoking history, and periodontal disease were risk factors for implant effectiveness(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full navigation in immediate implantation of dental defects can improve implantation accuracy and long-term outcomes;Age,smoking, periodontal disease, and other risk factors that affect implantation should be taken seriously..
