Construction and validation of a prognostic model for immunoaffinity protein family-related genes in colorectal cancer
Objective:Construction and validation of a prognostic model for predicting overalsurvival in colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:CRC patient data were downloaded from the TCGA database and key genes were screened by COX and LASSO regression.A risk score model was established based on the key genes, and a column-line graph was constructed using the model and TNM staging.Calibration curves and time-dependent ROCcurves were plotted to verify the accuracy.GSE87211 was the validation set.Results:FKBP2,FKBP5,FKBP8,FKBP9 and AIP were associated with the prognosis of CRC patients, and the risk scoring model indicated that the survival time of high-risk patients was lower than that of low-risk patients, and the area under the time-dependent ROC curves of the training and validation sets were 0.859 and 0.923,respectively.Conclusion:This prognostic model provides some value for prognostic prediction of CRC patients.
