Comparing the therapeutic effects of different flux dialyzers on uremia
Objective:To compare the efficacy of 17M low flux dialyzer and 18UC high-throughput dialyzer in the treatment of uremia,as well as their impact on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and quality of life.Method:108 uremic patients who underwent hemodialysis and were admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into a low flux group and a high flux group, with 57 cases in each group.Compare renal function, calcium and phosphorus metabolism, and iPTH levels between two groups, and compare clinical efficacy and quality of life.Result:After treatment, the BUN,Scr,and β The levels of 2-MG,iPTH,and P were lower than those of the low flux group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the high-throughput group was higher than that in the low-throughput group(P<0.05);The total score of SF-36,total score of kidney disease and dialysis related quality of life, and overall health assessment score in the high-throughput group were higher than those in the low throughput group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of high-throughput dialyzers can improve clinical efficacy, renal function, calcium and phosphorus metabolism,iPTH,and quality of life in uremia.
