Effect of breathing trainer combined with concussion sputum monitor on patients with COPD with acute lower respiratory tract infection
Objective:Effect of breathing trainer combined with concussion sputum monitor on patients with COPD with acute lower respiratory tract infection. Methods:Selected 100 patients of COPD with acute lower respiratory tract infection admitted, divided into 50 cases in conventional group(conventional intervention)and 50 cases in observation group(respiratory trainer combined with concussion sputum detector),and compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Results:After the intervention, the indicators of FVC,FEV 1,PEF,PaO2 and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the indexes of PaCO2,SAS and SDS were lower than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory trainer combined with concussion sputum discharge detector can relieve the clinical symptoms of COPD patients with acute lower respiratory tract infection, improve the blood gas analysis index and psychological state, and promote the rehabilitation of pulmonary function.
