摘要
目的:探讨调经止血方对围绝经期异常子宫出血(AUB)患者血清 Ang-1、Ang-2 水平的影响.方法:选取 2021 年 1 月～2023 年 1 月收治的 78 例围绝经期AUB患者,均分为A组和B组,持续治疗 6 周.比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后各指标差异及不良反应发生率.结果:A组疗效 89.74%,明显高于B组 71.79%(P＜0.05).治疗后,A组在中医证候、月经失血、内膜厚度等方面均优于B组,多项血清指标也显示A组效果更好(P＜0.05).不良反应率两组无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:调经止血方辅助治疗可提高围绝经期AUB临床疗效,调节血清Ang-1、Ang-2水平.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of regulating menstruation and stopping bleeding formula on serum Ang-1 and Ang-2 levels in patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods:78 perimenopausal AUB patients admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into Group A and Group B,with continuous treatment for 6 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,differences in various indicators before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of Group A was 89.74%,significantly higher than Group B's 71.79%(P<0.05).After treatment,Group A was superior to Group B in terms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,menstrual bleeding,and endometrial thickness.Multiple serum indicators also showed that Group A had better effects(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant therapy with Tiaojing Zhixue Decoction can improve clinical curative effect and regulate levels of serum Ang-1 and Ang-2 in perimenopausal AUB.
