Effect of pacing location on postoperative quality of life in patients with chronic arrhythmia
Objective To explore the effect of permanent pacemaker location on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic arrhythmia after surgery. Methods 92 patients with chronic arrhythmia were divided into control group and observation group, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no difference in the total effective rate and the incidence of cardiac adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).LVESD,LVEDD,NT-proBNP and CK-MB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and LVEF and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The placement of permanent cardiac pacemaker in right ventricular septum is more effective than right ventricular apex in improving cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic arrhythmia.
