Analysis of tremor and difference of non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease and essential tremor
Objective:To analyze the difference of tremor analysis,non-motor symptoms and its influencing factors in patients with Parkinson's disease and essential tremor.Methods:102 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were included in the Parkinson's disease group, and 88 patients with essential tremor were included in the essential tremor group. The differences of general data, tremor analysis and non-motor symptoms between the two groups were analyzed, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results:The risk factors of Parkinson's disease were age>60 years old, unilateral limb of tremor site, harmonic phenomenon and anosmia(P<0.05).The frequency of postural tremor and peripheral wave were protective factors of Parkinson's disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:There were differences in tremor analysis and non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease and essential tremor, there were many influencing factors, which could provide evidence for clinical differentiation.
