Analysis of Targeted Pre control Intervention for Anesthesia Recovery and Adverse Event Prevention in Hip Replacement Surgery
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted pre control intervention on anesthesia recovery and adverse events in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.Method:80 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery at the Second People's Hospital of Anhui Province from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received targeted pre control intervention.Compare anesthesia recovery, blood gas indicators, agitation, and adverse events between two groups. Results:The observation group had a higher Steward score, faster recovery, better blood gas indicators than the control group(high PaO2,low PaCO2),lower agitation score, and a lower adverse event rate of 10%compared to the control group of 27.5%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted pre control intervention is beneficial for improving anesthesia recovery in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery, improving lung ventilation function and agitation symptoms, and reducing the risk of adverse events.
