Detection rate, staging and electrocardiogram manifestations ofhypertension among elderly health check-up population
Objective:To analyze the detection, staging and electrocardiogram manifestations of hypertension among elderly health check-up population. Methods:The clinical data of 13,355 elderly check-up population people were analyzed. Results:The detection rate of hypertension in this study was 25.25%.Advanced age, overweight,no spouse, education level of primary school or below, family history of hypertension, diabetes history, smoking history, drinking history, dyslipidemia, excessive salt intake, substandard exercise and abnormal levels of red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and uric acid(UA)were independent risk factors for hypertension(P<0.05).The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram increased with the increase of blood pressure.Hypertension was positively correlated with abnormal electrocardiogram(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analyzing the detection rate and risk factors of hypertension in elderly health check-up population is helpful for prevention and management of hypertension in the elderly.
