Value of cervical double balloon catheter supplemented with oxytocin on induced ovulation in puerperae with full-term pregnancy
Objective:To explore the value of cervical double balloon cathetersupplemented with oxytocin on induced ovulation in puerperae with full-term pregnancy.Methods:118 puerperae with full-term pregnancy in the hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into conventional group(59 cases, oxytocin)and combined group(59 cases, cervical double balloon cathetersupplemented with oxytocin)according to the random number table method. The cervical Bishop score, induced ovulation effect, length of labor, pregnancy outcomes andadverse reactionswere compared between the two groups. Results:The Bishop score and total effective rate of induced ovulation in combined group after treatmentwere higher than those in conventional group, and thelength of labor wasshorter than that in conventional group, and the incidence rates of amniotic fluid contamination and neonatal asphyxia were lower compared to conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical double balloon catheter supplemented with oxytocinis beneficial to promoting thecervical maturity in puerperae with full-term pregnancy, and it can improve theinduced ovulationeffect, shorten thelength of labor and enhance the safety of labor.
