Current status and influencing factors of self-regulation fatigue in patients with acute pancreatitis
Purpose:This study mainly analyzes the current status and influencing factors of self-regulation fatigue in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 176 patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis in our hospital. The patients'general information and psychological scale scores were collected, and single factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were conducted based on the above results. Results:A total of 176 AP patients were included in this study. The results of single factor analysis showed that different income, education level, presence of complications and AP classification are related to the level of self-regulation fatigue of AP patients.Multiple linear regression showed that low income, the presence of complications, low coping ability, the presence of depression, and low self-efficacy scores were associated with higher levels of self-regulation fatigue in AP patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:AP patients have a high degree of self-regulation fatigue, especially those with low income, complications, low coping ability, depression, and low self-efficacy scores.
