Comparison of the diagnostic value of DCE-MRI with ultrasound and mammography in breast cancer
Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI),ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray in breast cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with suspected breast cancer were selected from March 2021 to March 2024.DCE-MRI,ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray were performed.Pathological results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the three methods.Result:According to the gold standard,DCE-MRI sensitivity of 93.22%,specificity of 76.19%,accuracy of 88.75%,positive predictive value of 91.67%,negative predictive value of 80.00%were better than ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusion:DCE-MRI has high diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
