目的:探究 XELOX 方案(奥沙利铂+卡培他滨)辅以扶正抑瘤汤治疗进展期胃癌的临床效果.方法:收集 2020年1月-2022年12月于肿瘤科诊断为进展期胃癌的患者 90例,随机分为中药组和对照组,均接受XELOX方案化疗,中药组加用扶正抑瘤汤治疗.观察两组患者肿瘤标志物、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分和生存率的差异.结果:治疗后,中药组肿瘤标志 CEA、AFP 水平均明显降低,中药组生活治疗评分明显改善,均显著优于对照组.中药组不良反应发生率显著优于对照组.结论:扶正抑瘤汤可以改善进展期胃癌患者的不良反应,并降低血清肿瘤标记物水平,延长患者生存期.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of XELOX regimen(oxaliplatin+capecitabine)supplemented with Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:90 patients diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer in the oncology department from January 2020 to December 2022 were collected and randomly divided into a traditional Chinese medicine group and a control group.Both received XELOX regimen chemotherapy,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was additionally treated with Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction..The differences in tumor markers,incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life scores and survival rates between the two groups of patients were observed.Results:After treatment,the levels of tumor markers CEA and AFP in the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly reduced,and the life treatment score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly improved,both of which were significantly better than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction can improve the adverse reactions of patients with advanced gastric cancer,reduce serum tumor marker levels,and prolong the survival of patients.
