Correlation Study of Blood Uric Acid,CRP,and NLR Indicators in Psoriasis Patients
Objective:Analyze the correlation between serum uric acid,C-reactive protein(CRP),and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in patients with psoriasis. Methods:Select 172 psoriasis patients and analyze the correlation between serum uric acid,CRP,and NLR in psoriasis patients.Result:Comparison of uric acid,CRP,and NLR in psoriasis patients:mild<moderate<severe,common/arthritic<erythrodermic,without metabolic syndrome(MS)<with MS,statistically significant(P<0.05).According to Pearson analysis, serum uric acid in psoriasis patients was positively correlated with CRP and NLR(P<0.05),and serum CRP was positively correlated with NLR(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum uric acid,CRP,and NLR in psoriasis patients are closely related to disease severity, disease type, and MS.
