AGV物流系统在工业生产与仓储场景中的实际应用与仿真分析

现代工业和仓储场景面临着日益复杂的供应链管理需求,然而缺少智能化物流方案提升管理效率.因此,研究设计一种全向行驶智能AGV物流系统,并对其进行仿真实验.实验结果表明,AGV物流系统在 72 小时内完成任务 2104次,比原物流系统的 1791次提升 17.5%.AGV物流系统的平均任务完成率为 96.08%,最高任务完成率达到 99%,平均错误率为 1.59%,最高错误率仅为 3.3%.研究为AGV物流系统在物流行业中的应用提供了有效手段,对工业生产与仓储环境的可持续发展具有重要意义.
Practical Application and Simulation Analysis of AGV Logistics System in Industrial Production and Warehousing Scenarios
Modern industrial and warehousing scenarios are facing increasingly complex supply chain management needs,but there is a lack of intelligent logistics solutions to improve management efficiency.Therefore,research and design an omnidirectional intelligent AGV logistics system and conduct simulation experiments on it.The experimental results show that the AGV logistics system completed tasks 2104 times within 72 hours,an increase of 17.5%compared to the original logistics system's 1791 times.The average task completion rate of AGV logistics system is 96.08%,with a maximum task completion rate of 99%,an average error rate of 1.59%,and a maximum error rate of only 3.3%.The study provides an effective means for the application of AGV logistics systems in the logistics industry,which is of great significance for the sustainable development of industrial production and warehousing environment.
