高精度显微设备在高等级实验室的应用及探讨

生物安全是国家整体安全的重要组成部分,为加强生物安全体系建设,保护公众免受高致病性病原微生物的危害,中国正逐步完善BSL-3/4实验室的建设及布局.高精度显微设备可提升高致病性病原微生物的研究进程及深度,但由于缺少应用方案、风险控制方案及消毒灭菌方法不健全等因素,国内外关于将高精度显微设备应用于BSL-3/4实验室的报道较少.文章结合高精度显微设备在BSL-3/4实验室应用的报道及经验,提出MPM、Cryo-EM及TEM等高精度显微设备在BSL-3/4实验室应用的阻碍及风险,探析应用方案、风险评估及控制、消毒灭菌等关键问题,为将配置高精度显微设备的BSL-3/4实验室提供参考及思路.
Application and Exploration of High-precision Microscopy Equipment in Biosafety Level-3/4 Laboratories
Biosafety is an important component of national security.In order to strengthen the construction of biosafety system and protect the public from the harm of highly pathogenic pathogenic microorganisms,China is gradually improving the construction and layout of the biosafety level 3 and 4 laboratories(BSL-3/4).High-precision microscopy equipment can enhance the process and depth of research on highly pathogenic pathogenic microorganisms,but due to factors such as lack of application protocols and risk control protocols,and unsound disinfection and sterilization methods,there are fewer domestic and international reports on the application of high-precision microscopy equipment to BSL-3/4 laboratories.Combining the reports and experiences of high-precision microscopy equipment in BSL-3/4 laboratories,the article puts forward the obstacles and risks of the application of high-precision microscopy equipment such as MPM,Cryo-EM and TEM in BSL-3/4 laboratories,and analyzes the key issues of the application plan,risk assessment and control,and disinfection and sterilization,so as to provide references and ideas for BSL-3/4 laboratories that will be equipped with high-precision microscopy equipment.
