清洗细节对照表在口腔器械清洗消毒中的应用效果

摘要
目的:分析清洗细节对照表在口腔器械清洗消毒中的应用效果.方法:回收临床使用后的 426件口腔器械,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=213)及观察组(n=213),对照组采用常规流程清洗消毒,观察组使用清洗细节对照表清洗消毒.对比两组器械合格情况、器械不良事件,评价工作质量.结果:相较于对照组,观察组清洁合格率、包装合格率及灭菌合格率更高(P<0.05).相较于对照组,观察组湿包率、器材耗损率更低(P<0.05).观察组回收发放及时性、打包质量、消毒质量、质量满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:清洗细节对照表应用于在口腔器械清洗消毒中,效果明显,可提高清洗消毒质量及工作质量,减少器械不良事件的发生.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of cleaning details control table in cleaning and disinfection of dental instruments.Methods:426 dental instruments used clinically in the hospital were collected and randomly divided into the control group(n=213)and the observation group(n=213)using the random number table method.Instruments in the control group were cleaned and disinfected through conventional procedures.Instruments in the observation group were cleaned and disinfected using a cleaning details control table.Qualification of instruments and instruments-associated adverse events were compared between the two groups.The quality of work was evaluated.Results:Compared to control group,the qualification rates of cleaning,packaging and sterilization in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The wetting rate of packets and instrument wear rate in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores than the control group in terms of the timeliness of collection and distribution,packaging quality,disinfection quality,and satisfaction with quality(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the cleaning details control table in cleaning and disinfection of dental instruments can significantly improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection and the quality of work,and reduce instruments-associated adverse events.
