Determination of the total phosphorus and the total sulfur in soil by the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry
The paper compares the treatment of the soil by acid digestion and alkali fusion, and analyzes the influence of the results of the total phosphorus and the total sulfur. The signal-to-background ratioand spectralinterference.Selected the acid digestion, and used P213.618nm and S181.975nm.The linear range of the phosphorus is 0.05-5 mg/L,correlation coefficient is 0.99995,and the detection limit and method detection limit are 0.0039 mg/L and 0.78 mg/kg.The linear range of the sulfur is 0.05-5 mg/L,correlation coefficient is 0.99991,the detection limit and method detection limit are 0.0194mg/L and 3.9mg/kg,The precision is 1.9%-5.0%,and the recovery is 91.5%-97.5%.Compared with the standard method, there is no significant difference in the results, and four kinds of soil reference substances were tested, and the results were consistent with the standard values. Moreover, this method has the accurate results, good precision, wide linear range, the characteristics of high sensitivity, low detection limit, and high analysis efficiency, and is suitable for the large batches of the soil samplesanalysis.
