Prognostic significance of platelet distribution width to count ratio in patients with sepsis
Objective:To investigate the value of the platelet distribution width to count ratio(PCR)in patients with sepsis. Methods:Sepsis patients treated in the hospital were enrolling between January 2021 and December 2023.According to survial status, they were divided into survival group and death group. The risk factors of prognsis and predicitive value of risk factors in sepsis were analyed.Result:PCR,Lac,APACHEⅡScore and respiratory infection in death group were significantly higher than those in survival group(P<0.05),which were influencing factors of prognosis.Roc curves analysis show that area under the curve of PCR,Lac,APACHEⅡScore and respiratory infection were(0.880,0.660,0.673,0.637)respectively.Conclusion:PCR can be considered as a new clinical marker to evaluate the prognosis of sepsis.
