Objective:To study the value of fibrinogen to albumin ratio(FAR)combined with multiple indexes in evaluating the severity of sepsis.Methods:The relevant clinical data of sepsis patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were collected and divided into sepsis group and septic shock group according to the diagnostic criteria of sepsis.The risk factors affecting the severity of sepsis were analyzed.Results:The scores of FAR,PCT and APACHEⅡ in septic shock group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Albumin was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that FAR,PCT,APACHEⅡ scores and area under three combined curves were 0.751,0.651,0.664,0.788.Conclusion:The combined value of three factors is better than other indicators in the severity assessment of sepsis.
