Observation on the value of serum OPN,25(OH)D and CTFG levels in predicting postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction
Objective:To investigate the value of serum osteobridging protein(OPN),25 hydroxyvitamin[25(OH)D],and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)levels in predicting postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods:Eighty-five patients with postpartum PFD admitted from August 2019 to August 2022 were retrospectively selected with 85 normal women.Factors influencing the occurrence of PFD in the postpartum period and the value of OPN,25(OH)D,and CTGF levels in predicting postpartum PFD were analyzed. Results:The ROC results showed that the AUCs of OPN,25(OH)D,and CTGF levels to predict postpartum PFD were 0.883,0.841,and 0.934,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients who developed postpartum PFD had higher OPN,CTGF,and lower 25(OH)D,all of which are valuable in the prediction of postpartum PFD.
