摘要

目的:探讨血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)、25 羟维生素[25(OH)D]、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)水平预测产后盆底功能障碍(PFD)的价值.方法:回顾性选取 2019年 8月至 2022年 8月收治的 85例产后PFD患者与 85名正常产妇.分析产后发生PFD的影响因素及OPN、25(OH)D、CTGF水平预测产后PFD的价值.结果:ROC结果显示,OPN、25(OH)D、CTGF水平预测产后PFD的AUC分别为 0.883、0.841、0.934(P＜0.05).结论:发生产后PFD的患者OPN、CTGF较高,25(OH)D较低,在产后PFD预测中均有一定价值.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the value of serum osteobridging protein(OPN),25 hydroxyvitamin[25(OH)D],and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)levels in predicting postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods:Eighty-five patients with postpartum PFD admitted from August 2019 to August 2022 were retrospectively selected with 85 normal women.Factors influencing the occurrence of PFD in the postpartum period and the value of OPN,25(OH)D,and CTGF levels in predicting postpartum PFD were analyzed.Results:The ROC results showed that the AUCs of OPN,25(OH)D,and CTGF levels to predict postpartum PFD were 0.883,0.841,and 0.934,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients who developed postpartum PFD had higher OPN,CTGF,and lower 25(OH)D,all of which are valuable in the prediction of postpartum PFD.
