In recent years,drug-facilitated crimes often occur,especially in osexual assault cases.Criminals often use sleeping pills,anti-anxiety drugs,antidepressants,etc.,to make victims lose their ability to resist,so as to achieve their criminal purposes.However,affected by the victim's psychology,drug amnesia and other factors,such cases are often reported with a lag time,while the routine blood and urine test materials detection window is short,and the metabolism rate of the drugs involved is faster,so confirming the victim's passive ingestion of drugs brings challenges to the detection personnel.Hair has a unique advantage in this case due to the long detection window period and the characteristics of reflecting the time of taking drugs.Through the analysis of the research status,treatment methods,analysis methods and positive thresholds of various types of sedative and hypnotic drugs in hair,the author hopes to provide references for the establishment of analytical methods for various types of sedative and hypnotic drugs in hair.
