Correlation analysis of NLR,arterial blood gas analysis and brain damage conditions in preterm infants
Objective:To explore the correlation between NLR,arterial blood gas analysis, and brain injury in premature infants.Methods:100 premature infants were selected for the study and divided into brain injury group(35 cases)and no brain injury group(65 cases)based on head MRI.Use binary logistic regression and ROC curve to evaluate the correlation between NLR,arterial blood gas indicators, and brain injury. Results:There were significant differences(P<0.05)in premature birth, natural delivery,1-minute Apgar score, arterial blood gas,and NLR levels.Multivariate analysis confirmed that natural childbirth, low Apgar score, arterial blood abnormalities, and high NLR were independent risk factors for brain injury(P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the combined prediction of five indicators for brain injury AUC was 0.859,with a sensitivity of 77.10%and a specificity of 87.70%.The model fit was good. Conclusion:Natural delivery, low Apgar score, arterial blood abnormalities(low pH,high PaCO2),and high NLR are risk factors for brain injury in premature infants. The joint prediction value of the five indicators is high.
