Intraoperative hypothermia prevention combined with operating room in endometrial resection
Objective:To explore the effect of intraoperative hypothermia prevention combined with operating room in endometrial resection.Method:Eighty patients with endometriectomy from November 2020 to December 2023 were selected. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given intraoperative hypothermia prevention combined with operating room coordination. The changes of body temperature, coagulation function, psychological state, recovery and incidence of adverse events were observed.Result:Perioperative body temperature, coagulation function, psychological state and rehabilitation in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intraoperative hypothermia prevention combined with operating room can stabilize perioperative body temperature of patients with endometrial resection, improve postoperative coagulation function, reduce adverse mood and adverse event incidence, and effectively promote the recovery of patients.
