Correlation between ultrasound parameters and liver function in different liver occupying lesion properties
Objective:To explore the relationship between ultrasound parameters and the nature of hepatic space-occupying lesions and their relationship with liver function. Methods:The data of 80 patients with liver occupying lesions were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the relationship between ultrasound parameters and liver function. Results:The portal vein D,portal vein Q,peak intensity, and perfusion index of malignant solid occupations were higher than those of benign solid occupations and simple cysts(P<0.05),and the hepatic artery PI and time to peak were lower than those of benign solid occupations and simple cysts(P<0.05).portal vein D,portal vein Q,hepatic artery PI,peak time, peak intensity, perfusion index and liver function all showed strong correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between ultrasound parameters and liver function in patients with malignant solid occupying lesions.
