Application of ultrasound-guided lumbar sacral plexus block combined with propofol target controlled infusion in patients undergoing hip joint surgery
Objective:To investigate the effect of lumbar sacral plexus block combined with propofol target controlled infusion in hip joint surgery.Method:70 cases of hip joint surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to April 2022 were divided into an observation group and a control group, with n=35.The control group received target controlled infusion of propofol, while the observation group received lumbar sacral plexus block anesthesia.Result:The observation group had lower intraoperative MAP and HR than the control group, and higher SpO2 than the control group(P<0.05).The group observation VAS was lower than control group, while the sedation Ramsay score and MMSE were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The response serum stress indicators in group the observation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 24 hours after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of lumbar sacral plexus block and propofol target controlled infusion has shown good efficacy in patients undergoing hip surgery.
