Efficacy of mirror therapy combined with rTMS in the treatment of post-stroke lower limb dysfunction
Objective:Exploring the application effect of mirror therapy combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on lower limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods:114 patients with lower limb dysfunction after stroke were selected and randomly divided into study and control group 1 and control group 2 using a random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. Results:The improvement of lower limb function after treatment in each group was better than before treatment, and the study group was better than the other two groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the improvement of TU-GT and Tinetti gait scale in each group was better than before treatment, and the study group was better than the other two groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the root mean square amplitude(RMS)of the quadriceps femoris, anterior tibial muscle RMS,and gastrocnemius muscle RMS were all lower in each group than before treatment, and the study group was lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of mirror therapy and rTMS has a definite therapeutic effect on lower limb dysfunction after stroke.
