摘要

目的:观察髋关节置换术后美国特种外科医院(HSS)标准化康复训练在预防深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的效果.方法:选取 2021.01-2024.01 收治的 60 例行髋关节置换术患者,随机均分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以HSS标准化康复训练.比较两组患者各项指标差异.结果:研究组患者术后下床、住院时间短于对照组,血流速度及血流量在术后 7d和 14d均高于对照组(P<0.05).Harris评分随时间增加,且研究组在各时间点均高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组DVT及并发症发生率低,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:HSS康复训练可改善髋关节置换术患者的血流、功能,降低DVT,提升满意度,值得推荐.

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effectof standardized rehabilitation training proposed by the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)in preventing deep venous thrombosis(DVT)formationafter hip replacement.Methods:60 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery from 2021.01-2024.01 randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine care,while the study group received HSS standardized rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Compare the differences in various indicators between two groups of patients.Results:The patients in the study group had shorter postoperative bed and hospital stay than the control group,and their blood flow velocity and blood flow were higher than those in the control group at 7 and 14 days after surgery(P<0.05).The Harris score increased over time,and the study group was higher than the control group at all time points(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT and complications in the research group was low,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HSS rehabilitation training can improve blood flow and function,reduce DVT,and increase satisfaction in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery,which is worth recommending.
