Study on the effect of HSS standardized rehabilitation training in preventing DVT after hip replacement surgery
Objective:To observe the effectof standardized rehabilitation training proposed by the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)in preventing deep venous thrombosis(DVT)formationafter hip replacement.Methods:60 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery from 2021.01-2024.01 randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine care, while the study group received HSS standardized rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Compare the differences in various indicators between two groups of patients. Results:The patients in the study group had shorter postoperative bed and hospital stay than the control group, and their blood flow velocity and blood flow were higher than those in the control group at 7 and 14 days after surgery(P<0.05).The Harris score increased over time, and the study group was higher than the control group at all time points(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT and complications in the research group was low,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HSS rehabilitation training can improve blood flow and function, reduce DVT,and increase satisfaction in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery, which is worth recommending.
