Effect of dynamic corrective clothing on task-oriented training in stroke patients with hemiplegia
Objective:To investigate the effect of full-function dynamic corrective clothing on task-oriented training in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Stroke patients with hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(31 cases)and control group(30 cases). The control group was given traditional task-oriented training, and the experimental group wore full-function dynamic corrective clothing for task-oriented training.Balance function(BBS)score, standing up and walking timing test(TUGT)time, dynamic gait index(DGI)score, gait and walking posture parameters, nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels were compared between the two groups before and after training. Results After training,BBS and DGI scores, affected side step length and touchdown time, knee and hip flexion and extension motion,DGF and BDNF levels in experimental groups were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),TUGT time, trunk forward bending and lateral bending Angle were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Full-function dynamic corrective clothing can further improve the effect of task-oriented training for stroke patients with hemiplegia.
