Construction of a nomogram model for hypoglycemia in colonoscopy patients
Objective:To construct a nomogram model of hypoglycemia in colonoscopy patients. Methods:Clinical data of 366 patients with colonoscopy admitted from April 2022 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into hypoglycemic group and non-hypoglycemic group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze risk factors.R software was used to establish a nomogram model and validate the predictive efficacy. Results:The incidence of hypoglycemia was 13.11%;The risk factors of hypoglycemia in colonoscopy patients were taking hypoglycemic agents,PEG solution dosage>3L,unqualified intestinal preparation,LDL,TC,fasting before examination>12h(P<0.05).The correction curve is basically consistent with the ideal curve.Area under ROC curve 0.769.Conclusion:Establishing a nomogram model for the occurrence of hypoglycemia in colonoscopy patients can better predict the risk and take measures to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
