目的:分析本体感觉训练联合电刺激对水中分娩产妇盆底功能障碍的干预价值。方法:纳入我院 2019年 8 月~2022 年 8 月收治的 86 例产妇盆底功能障碍患者,分为两组,对照组电刺激干预,观察组另联合本体感觉训练干预。结果:干预后观察组 SUI 发生率及 POP 分期较对照组均有所改善,观察组盆底肌力分级、盆底功能相关指标优于对照组(P<0。05);与对照组相比,观察组排尿间隔时间更长,每日排尿次数更少,每日排尿量多更多,观察组PFDI-20评分更低,PISQ-12评分更高(P<0。05)。结论:本体感觉训练联合电刺激可有效改善水中分娩产妇盆底功能障碍与排尿情况,促进盆底功能恢复。
Interventional effect of proprioceptive training combined with electrical stimulation on pelvic floor dysfunction in women with water delivery
Objective Analyze the intervention value of proprioceptive training combined with electrical stimulation on maternal pelvic floor dysfunction in water delivery.Method 86 cases of maternal pelvic floor dysfunction patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were included and divided into two groups,the control group with electrical stimulation intervention and the observation group with another combined proprioceptive training intervention.Result After the intervention,the incidence of SUI and POP staging in the observation group improved compared with the control group,and the pelvic floor muscle strength grading and pelvic floor function-related indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had a longer interval between voiding,fewer times of urination per day,and more volume of urination per day,and the observation group had lower PFDI-20 scores and higher PISQ-12 scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Proprioceptive training combined with electrical stimulation can effectively improve pelvic floor dysfunction and urination in women who have given birth in water,and promote the recovery of pelvic floor function.
