Objective:To explore the experience of dietary restriction in patients with acute pancreatitis.Method:Twelve patients with acute pancreatitis from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Qualitative research was conducted to interview them,Nvivo11 software was used to transcribe the recording content into text,and the interview data was analyzed by Colaizzi method.Result:The main manifestations of dietary restriction in patients with acute pancreatitis are:Changes in eating habits and quality present multiple challenges;During the period of low mood and prone to anxiety;Tried multiple measures and stuck to dietary restrictions;The symptoms were significantly improved and the awareness of dietary restriction management was enhanced.Conclusion:Understanding the current situation of dietary restriction in patients with acute pancreatitis,paying attention to their psychological emotions,providing dietary guidance,ensuring the correctness of dietary intervention,and providing adequate social support can help patients better complete dietary restriction.
