Application of finger exercises combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress in patients undergoing TRA PCI
Objective:To evaluate the effect of finger exercises combined with wet application of magnesium sulfate in patients undergoing coronary intervention by transradial artery(TRA-PCI)..Methods:A total of 94 patients with TRA-PCI from September to November 2023 were selected and divided into 3 groups.Finger exercises and magnesium sulfate wet compress were used in the combined group, finger exercises group and magnesium sulfate wet compress.Palmar circumference, pain degree, cardiac function and adverse events were observed in 3 groups. Results:The average postoperative pain of the combined group was lower than that of the finger exercise group(P<0.05);The cardiac function of combination group was better than that of finger operation group and wet compress group(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in palm circumference diameter and adverse events among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Finger exercise combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress has obvious advantages in improving postoperative pain and cardiac function in patients with TRA PCI,and is worthy of clinical application.
