Effect of oxygen-driven atomization combined with intensive airway management on acute COPD
Objective:To analyze the effect of oxygen-driven atomization combined with enhanced airway management on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 90 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected.Randomized blind method was divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given oxygen driven atomization, and the experimental group was supplemented with enhanced airway management. The clinical effect, sputum character, mucociliary clearance time(MCT),respiratory parameters and complications were analyzed.Result:After intervention, the clinical efficacy, sputum traits,MCT and respiratory mechanics parameters of the experimental group were better, and the incidence of complications was also less(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxygen-driven atomization combined with intensive airway management can improve the atomization effect, improve sputum characteristics, respiratory depth, shorten mucociliary clearance time and reduce the occurrence of complications in COPD patients.
