Objective:To investigate the effect of auricular acupressure combined with multi-positional massage in patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods:90 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction admitted from September 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,the conventional group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group received auricular acupressure combined with multi-position massage therapy on the basis of the experimental group.The differences in rehabilitation effect,pain,psychological state and quality of life between the two groups were compared..Results:After treatment,the rehabilitation effect,pain relief,psychological status improvement and quality of life improvement of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(both P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction can improve symptoms,reduce pain,relieve negative emotions and improve quality of life after treatment with auricular acupressure and multi-position massage.
