摘要

目的:分析肌内效贴联合淋巴手法引流在人工全膝置换(Totalkneearthroplasty,TKA)术后应用疗效.方法:分析 2023 年 2 月-2024 年 5 月于我院进行治疗的行TKA术治疗患者 216 例,分为常规术后组(108 例)、联合术后组(108 例),分析两组治疗情况.结果:联合术后组患者在运动、静息状态下疼痛程度低于常规术后组(P<0.05);治疗后联合术后组患者前关节活动度、关节功能评分高于常规术后组(P>0.05);联合术后组患者术后并发症发生率低于,总有效率高于常规术后组(P<0.05).结论:肌内效贴联合淋巴手法引流对行 TKA 术患者治疗,可改善患者疼痛程度以及关节状态,且术后并发症发生率较低.

Abstract

Objective:To analysis intramuscular effect on joint lymphatic drainage in artificial total knee replacement(TKA Totalkneearthroplasty)postoperative curative effect.Methods:A total of 216 patients treated with TKA in our hospital from February 2023 to May 2024 were analyzed and divided into conventional postoperative group(108 cases)and combined postoperative group(108 cases).Results:The pain degree in the combined postoperative group was lower than that in the conventional postoperative group(P<0.05).The pre-joint motion and joint function scores of the combined postoperative group were higher than those of the conventional postoperative group(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the combined postoperative group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the conventional postoperative group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intramuscular adhesive combined with lymphatic manipulation drainage can improve the pain degree and joint status of patients undergoing TKA,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower.
