Analysis of the therapeutic effect of intramuscular plaster combined with lymphatic manual drainage after TKA surgery
Objective:To analysis intramuscular effect on joint lymphatic drainage in artificial total knee replacement(TKA Totalkneearthroplasty)postoperative curative effect. Methods:A total of 216 patients treated with TKA in our hospital from February 2023 to May 2024 were analyzed and divided into conventional postoperative group(108 cases)and combined postoperative group(108 cases). Results:The pain degree in the combined postoperative group was lower than that in the conventional postoperative group(P<0.05).The pre-joint motion and joint function scores of the combined postoperative group were higher than those of the conventional postoperative group(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the combined postoperative group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the conventional postoperative group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intramuscular adhesive combined with lymphatic manipulation drainage can improve the pain degree and joint status of patients undergoing TKA,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower.
