The Impact of Symptom Management Combined with Hierarchical Intervention on Self-Efficacy and Pain in Patients with Liver Cancer
Objective:To explore the effects of two methods on self-efficacy and pain in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.Method:Liver cancer surgery patients from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received symptom management combined with stratified intervention. Before and after intervention, general self-efficacy scales and pain visual analog scores were used to record postoperative opioid dosage and recovery indicators.Result:After intervention, the GSES scores of both groups of patients were significantly improved, with the experimental group being significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Symptom management combined with stratified intervention can effectively improve the self-efficacy of patients undergoing liver cancer surgery. It provides positive assistance in promoting postoperative recovery for patients.
