Objective:To explore the application of microwave coagulation and acid resistance in LPR complicated with vocal cord polyps.Methods:From May 2023 to May 2024,106 patients with LPR complicated with vocal cord polyps were selected and divided into single operation group and microwave acid-resistant group.The single operation group was treated with microwave coagulation,and the microwave anti-acid group was treated with microwave coagulation combined with anti-acid treatment.The lung function indexes,T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the single operation group,the microwave acid-fast group had higher lung indexes,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels,but lower CD8+,SP,ECP and TNF-α levels,and the treatment efficiency was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of microwave coagulation and acid-fast therapy to LRP complicated with vocal cord polyps can improve the immune function of patients and reduce inflammatory reaction and lung injury.
