目的:分析授权理论下肠内营养在胃癌根治术后的应用。方法:分析 2019年 2月至 2021年 1月胃癌根治术术后的 135例,以治疗方式将患者分为常规术后组、授权营养支持组,常规术后组采用常规方案护理,授权营养支持组采用授权理论下肠内营养干预,比较术后恢复时间,疼痛,比较焦虑、抑郁情况,分析生存质量。结果:与常规术后组相比,授权营养支持组 VAS 评分较低、心理功能、生活质量评分均较高、不良情况发生率较低(P<0。05)。结论:在胃癌根治术后,应用授权理论下肠内营养对患者干预,有效降低疼痛感,改善心理、生存质量。
Application of enteral nutrition after radical gastrectomy under authorization theory
Objective:Analyze the application of enteral nutrition under the authorization theory after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:Analyze 135 cases of gastric cancer patients who underwent radical surgery from February 2019 to January 2021.Patients were divided into a conventional postoperative group and an authorized nutritional support group based on treatment methods.The conventional postoperative group received routine nursing care,while the authorized nutritional support group received enteral nutrition intervention under the authorization theory.Compare postoperative recovery time,pain,anxiety,depression,and analyze quality of life.Results:Compared with the conventional postoperative group,the authorized nutritional support group had lower VAS scores,higher scores in psychological function and quality of life,and a lower incidence of adverse conditions(P<0.05).Conclusion:After radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,enteral nutrition intervention based on authorization theory can effectively reduce pain and improve psychological and quality of life for patients.
