Application of double mirror combined common bile duct exploration and lithotomy in the treatment of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones
A total of 120 patients with intrahepatic and intrahepatic cholelithiasis with a history of laparoscopic epigastric surgery were retrospectively selected, and divided into open group and double-mirror combined group according to the operation method.Patients with intrahepatic and intrahepatic cholelithiasis without a history of abdominal surgery undergoing double-mirror combined common bile duct exploration and lithotomy were selected as the control group. The intervention effects of the three groups were compared. The results showed that laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope choledocholithotomy was suitable for patients with intraand intrahepatic bile duct stones with a history of laparoscopic upper abdominal surgery, and the efficacy was better than that of open surgery, and the effect was similar to that of patients without a history of abdominal surgery, with a lower rate of long-term complications and stone recurrence.
