Optimization method of hybrid zero idle flexibility flow shop scheduling in power transmission and transformation engineering construction
In the conventional power transmission and transformation engineering construction,the calculation of optimal scheduling parameters is not accurate,which leads to poor optimization effect.Based on this,an optimization method of hybrid zero idle flexibility flow shop scheduling in power transmission and transformation engineering construction is proposed.According to the balance ratio of the center point of the phase trajectory,the change of quantity configuration is calculated,the optimal scheduling model is established according to the parameters,and the collection of transportation paths in each activity area is established by using ant colony algorithm and according to the time diagram of flow shop,and the pheromones on the paths are updated and aggregated to calculate the optimal scheduling path until the mixed zero idle flexibility flow shop is completed,thus forming the optimization of the mixed zero-idle flexibility flow shop scheduling.The simulation results show that the time of hybrid zero idle flexibility flow shop optimized by this design method is reduced by 67.06%,which has good effect and application value.
