Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of blue light imaging(BLI-bright)combined with chemical staining techniques in the classification of lateral spreading tumor(LST)of the large intestine.Methods:150 patients(with 168 lesions)diagnosedwith LST admitted from January 2021 to January 2024,and performed BLI-bright combined with chemical staining technique examination.We compared the consistency between the results and postoperative pathological findings.Results:BLI-bright+chemical staining typing:The diagnostic sensitivity for various types of tumors ranged from 50.00％(type ⅢS vs.SMd)to 90.68％(types ⅢL and Ⅳ vs.LGD/HGD),with specificity ranging from 78.00％(types ⅢL and Ⅳ)to 98.75％(type ⅢS).When combined with diagnosis,the sensitivity and specificity could reach 100.00％and 96.88％,respectively,with overall accuracy ranging from 91.67％to 97.02％,AUC ranging from 0.741 to 0.984,and Kappa ranging from 0.512 to 0.747.Conclusion:BLI-bright combined with chemical staining technology can accurately reveal the Pit-type microstructure of LST,which holds high clinical application value in determining the benign or malignant nature of tumors.
