基于免疫遗传算法的电力公司人力资源调度方法设计

针对常规人力资源调度方法导致作业人员空闲或作业时间过长的问题,基于免疫遗传算法设计了新的电力公司人力资源调度方法。以任务完成时间最短、延期损失与超期损失最低、空闲时间最少为目标函数,构建人力资源调度模型,并设置作业任务开始时间约束、最多仅可分配一个作业任务等约束。引入免疫遗传算法求解人力资源调度模型,输出最优的调度结果。实验结果表明,应用该方法后,未出现班组空间以及作业任务重复派发的情况,可将维修任务的完成时间控制在 25min以下,任务平均用时 46min,平均每人每日加班时间仅为 15min,说明该方法有效实现了设计预期。
Design of human resource scheduling method for electric power company based on immune genetic algorithm
A new human resource scheduling method for power companies has been designed based on immune genetic algorithm to address the problem of idle workers or long working hours caused by conventional human resource scheduling methods.Construct a human resource scheduling model with the objective function of minimizing task completion time,minimizing delay and overdue losses,and minimizing idle time.Set constraints such as the start time of job tasks and the maximum allocation of one job task.Introduce immune genetic algorithm to solve the human resource scheduling model and output the optimal scheduling results.The experimental results showed that after applying this method,there was no situation of team space or repeated assignment of work tasks.The completion time of maintenance tasks could be controlled below 25 minutes,with an average task time of 46 minutes and an average daily overtime of only 15 minutes per person.This indicates that the method effectively achieved the design expectations.
