传统的密闭式医用离心机的转速计量校准方法存在易受外界干扰或测量不准确、不安全的情况。基于声学原理的转速测量系统,通过提取设备高速转动时的声学特征来实现旋转部件的转速测量,解决了密闭式医用离心机的校准难题,为医用离心机的在线计量提供了快速、准确、有效的校准方法。
Research on non-contact rotation speed measurement method for closed centrifuge based on acoustic principles
The traditional speed measurement calibration method for closed medical centrifuges is susceptible to external interference or inaccurate and unsafe measurements.The speed measurement system based on acoustic principles extracts the acoustic characteristics of rotating components during high-speed rotation of equipment to achieve speed measurement of rotating parts,solving the calibration problem of closed medical centrifuges and providing a fast,accurate,and effective calibration method for online measurement of medical centrifuges.
