基于卡尔曼滤波的智能储柜行车布料系统研究

布料行车是影响布料效果的关键设备,直接影响下游设备的工艺指标稳定性。为实现行车精准布料并解决布料时偶发物料遗撒问题,结合卡尔曼滤波和双因子参数优化,应用激光测距技术至储柜行车场景中寻找最优布料方式,实现布料行车的智能控制包括无扰百分比布料、行车打滑报警和精装换向功能。实验结果显示,相比于其它滤波算法,卡尔曼滤波提供更优的测距值,相较原始值精度提高数十倍,并确定以频率 45HZ、测距值 10mm为最优布料参数组合。在保证激光定位数值准确性的同时实现布料行车的智能化,能够有效降低布料车故障处理时间及布料漏料产生的原料损失,直接提升车间设备利用率及公司经济效益。
Research on intelligent storage cranes distribution system based on Kalman filter
The fabric crane is a key equipment that affects the fabric effect and directly affects the stability of downstream equipment's process indicators.To achieve precise fabric for driving and solve the problem of occasional material scattering during fabric handling,combining Kalman filtering and dual factor parameter optimization,applying laser ranging technology to search for the optimal fabric method in the container driving scene,realize intelligent control of fabric driving,including undisturbed percentage fabric,driving slip alarm,and fine decoration reversing function.The experimental results show that compared to other filtering algorithms,Kalman filtering provides better ranging values,with an accuracy improvement of tens of times compared to the original values.The optimal fabric parameter combination is determined to be a frequency of 45Hz and a ranging value of 10mm.While ensuring the accuracy of laser positioning values,achieving intelligent fabric handling can effectively reduce the processing time of fabric handling faults and the loss of raw materials caused by fabric leakage,directly improving the utilization rate of workshop equipment and the company's economic benefits.
